About Talisay Cares
Talisay Cares is the HIV Primary Care Facility for the whole city of Talisay and its neighboring areas. It is part of Talisay City Health Unit 1 caters to the catchment area of six barangays of Talisay, which also runs the TB-DOTS as well as the Outpatient Rehabilitation and Aftercare Program for Substance Use Disorders for the City of Talisay.

Talisay Cares encapsulates what we do here. We take care of people. They come here for services and in addition, we also provide them basic health education and all other services that will hopefully make our people healthier.
Our aspiration and dream for our community is to take away the stigma and fear of HIV so that people will be able to access services without fear of being stigmatized, without fear of being shamed so that people can just come here and get tested so that we can finally reverse the trend of increasing HIV in our country.
Dr. Rey Cesar M. Bautista
Dr. Rey Cesar M. Bautista is a Medical Officer IV with 24 years of service. As the section head of City Health Unit I in Talisay City Health Office, he oversees the unit's operations and staff. His responsibilities include supervising the health unit, providing medical consultations and referrals, and managing programs related to TB, HIV/AIDS, and drug rehabilitation in Talisay City.
